Once you’ve learned the basics, you’re ready to take your yoga to the next level.
In Beginners Yoga Level Two you’ll build on your foundations learnt in the Beginners Level 1 Course to advance to the full practice of Salute to the Sun and standing postures such as the Warrior and Triangle poses.
As you learn a new breathing technique you’ll come to understand how working with the breath works with your energetic field and can help calm the mind for meditation.
As you move into the full 8 stages of Yoga Nidra you’ll deepen your meditation practice allowing the mind to quieten and cultivate the witness aspect of yourself.

Even if you have been practising yoga for some time, you'll benefit from this course by refining your alignment in the warrior and triangle serious along with developing your awareness of breathing and meditation techniques, such as Yoga Nidra.
By the end of the five-week course you will:
- Have developed your strength and flexibility through standing postures.
- Know the full Salute to the Sun and the Warrior and Triangle poses.
- Have developed your skill in breathing practices (pranayama) that work with your energetic field.
- Be able to connect with the witness aspect of yourself through the introduction of new stages in Yoga Nidra.
