The Beginner yoga course guides newbies through the practices one step at a time.

You're not going to be left behind and struggling to keep up!

By the end of the 5 weeks you will have learned:

  • simple yet profound yoga postures that create flexibility and strength

  • the modified practice of Salute to the Sun

  • basic yoga breathing techniques that are perfect for stress and anxiety

  • and the much-loved practice of Yoga Nidra, a deep-lying relaxation/meditation.

Myself along with my partner and daughter have just completed level 1 and 2 Beginners Yoga Course with Chetana.


Chetana is a thoughtful and kind teacher, every step is explained along the way. The setting overlooking the ocean is beautiful.
