LEVEL 1: 6 Week Yoga and Meditation Course To Conquer Stress and Anxiety

This course will give you a thorough introduction to yoga and meditation, and you’ll learn how to use asana (physical postures), breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness practices to reduce anxiety and stress. You’ll feel blissfully calm after every class — and you’ll take home the tools to feel better every day.




This course is perfect for those who are intrigued by the potential for yoga to help with stress, anxiety, and the imbalances caused by a non-stop lifestyle.




Complete beginners, be reassured: you will be welcomed and supported as you take your first steps towards incorporating the power of yoga and meditation into your life!




With no expectation physical fitness, and absolutely no gymnastics, you will learn gentle postural work, breathing exercises and simple meditation techniques to calm the nervous system and quieten the chatter in your mind.  





By the end of the 6 weeks you will:

  • Confidently move into simple yoga postures which have a powerfully calming effect on the nervous system — while simultaneously building physical strength and flexibility



  • Know how to use a number of pranayama techniques, or breathing exercises, to help you manage overwhelming feelings



  • Sink blissfully into the much loved practice of Yoga Nidra— a deep supine relaxation practice. By week 5 you will enjoy 30 full minutes of this profound rest
