LEVEL 2: 6 Week Yoga and Meditation Course To Conquer Stress and Anxiety

This course will elevate your understanding of yoga and meditation and equip you with powerful tools to manage stress and anxiety in your life. You will experience a new state of calm and clarity — and learn how to use that state to improve your wellbeing.

This Level 2 course is perfect for those who have already completed Level 1 or people who have a level of practice and understanding of the foundations of yoga postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama).



Here you will continue to build on those life skills of mindful movement, breathing techniques, Yoga Nidra and sitting meditation.



Practices that will calm the nervous system and quieten the chatter in your mind.  



By the end of the 6 weeks you will:



  • Know specific pranayama techniques, or breathing exercises, to help you manage overwhelming feelings


  • Establish a seated meditations practice that calms the mind allowing space to observe the interplay between mind and thought from the point of a witness without becoming emotionally entangled.



  • Sink blissfully into the much loved practice of Yoga Nidra— a deep supine relaxation practice. Enjoying profound rest!
