You’ll enjoy a yoga and meditation practice that will build the resilience of your nervous system that will leave you feeling restored from the inside out.
In a Yoga Class, you will enjoy postures, breathing techniques, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and/or meditation and more.
This integral style of yoga creates a balance of all aspects of one’s being– body, mind, emotions, and psyche – creating a more harmonious state of well-being.
Practices that will assist you in managing stress and anxiety.
All whilst practicing in a safe and non-competitive environment.
MONDAY: 10am - 11.15am
WEDNESDAY: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Classes are being taught in 5-week blocks, class passes do need to be used within the 5 weeks. If you miss a class you’ll be sent a link to enjoy a class at home online at a time that works for you.
