7:00 AM ~ Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation Class 🧘♀️
8.30 AM ~ Breakfast is served
9.30 AM ~ Morning Chants (15 minutes) 🎶
11:00 AM ~ Mantra Meditation ~ Naada Yoga
12.00 PM ~ Yoga Nidra Lying Meditation 💤
12.30 PM ~ Lunch is served
1.30 PM ~ Free Time For: A massage, bushwalk, swim, spa, read a book in the hammock or simply rest 👙
5.00 PM ~ Restorative Yoga and Breathwork
6.00 PM ~ Dinner is served 🥗
7.00 PM ~ Candle Tip Gazing Meditation or Kirtan Chanting
