I am Chetana, a Mental Fitness Coach, and I am passionate about helping you create positive change so you feel calm, connected and content in your life.

My coaching approach draws on the ancient teachings (yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness) of the East, science-backed tools and me asking the right questions, helping you recognise when your thoughts are not serving you, and empowering you to make positive changes that last.
With my guidance, you will learn simple yet effective tools to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. We will work together to develop healthy habits and behaviours that support your emotional and mental wellbeing, allowing you to live a calm, purposeful, and happy life.
Just as you would work on building your bicep muscle to increase its strength, we will work on building your mental muscle. This will help you develop the resilience and mental agility you need to face life's challenges with ease and confidence.
