Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made before 30 April 2027 will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit of $600. Any cancellation made between 30 April 2027 and 31 May 2027 results in a loss of 35% of the total retreat cost and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 1 June 2027 and 30 June 2027 results in a loss of 50% of the total retreat cost and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 1 July 2027 and 31 August 2027 results in a loss of 75% of the total retreat cost and the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations from 1 September 2027 to 10 September 2027 or no-shows will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum. In this case, your payment will be fully refunded. If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email, and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives it. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans and is a requirement for international retreats with YFTSR.

We’re pleased to offer flexible payment plans. Please note, a $100 admin fee will be added to the total retreat cost and evenly distributed across your instalments. Additionally, a $35 fee will be applied for each unsuccessful payment attempt if we need to chase it. To prevent any disruptions, we kindly ask that you ensure your payment details are up to date.
