Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made up to 23 August 2025 will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit of $600.  Any cancellation made between 23 August 2025 and 23 December 2025 results in a loss of 35% and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 23 December 2025 and 23 January 2026 results in a loss of 50% and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 23 January 2026 and 23 March 2026 results in a loss of 75% and the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations from 23 March 2026 to 11 April 2026 or no-shows will result in a total loss of funds. 

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum. In this case, your payment will be fully refunded. If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email, and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives it.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans and is a requirement for international retreats with YFTSR.
