Flight & Pre Retreat Information...

  • As Denpasar airport to Tejakula is a 3.5-hour drive north and the majority of flights from Australia arrive in the evening and the retreat begins at 9am.

  • It is suggested that you fly in a day or 2 earlier you’ll be picked up at the airport and dropped to the southern beachside town of Sanur.  (Visit the FAQ page for recommended hotels.)

  • You will be picked up 🚌 from Sanur on the morning of the retreat at 9am and transported to Gaia Oasis Pantai Resort in time for lunch.

  • Plan your departure flight: Many ladies choose to stay on and visit Ubud or have another night or two in Sanur and do their last minute shopping and fly home the next day.

  • You’ll depart the retreat at Tejakula around 11.30am and go via Ubud (drop off just out of town) those heading to Sanur will arrive at approximately 3.30pm.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS…

  • No! My Bali retreat is designed for women 50+ who want an authentic experience of yoga, meditation and Bali. Who want to take a mindful pause and be nourished.

  • Definitely! 98% of ladies that join me come on their own and want to enjoy their own space. If you are coming with a friend or partner and want a twin or double room you are most welcome to do so.

  • Yes, Gede will be there to meet you at Denpasar Airport and drive you to Sanur to your hotel of choice. I have a list of suggested hotels for you.

  • As you get picked up at 9am at a designated pick up point in Sanur on the day of retreat. You will need to fly in the day before at the latest.

    HOME FLIGHT: I don’t recommend flying home the same night the retreat ends as it will make for a very big day of travel.

    Most women stay on and visit Ubud or head back to Sanur. You’ll be dropped off to either Ubud or Sanur on the last day to a designated drop off point.

  • This retreat is about you gently reconnecting with yourself regardless if you are an experienced yoga-meditation teacher or new to the practice. I will layer in practices to suit all that join.

  • Yes, you have the choice to pay in full or take up the payment plan at no additional cost.

  • Oh Yes! Once you’ve booked you will join a private Whatsapp group where you all get to know each other.

    It’s here ladies start to organise met ups on arrival, dinners out and some even choose to travel over together.
