Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made up to 19 March 2025 will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit of $600. Any cancellation made between 20 March 2025 and 19 May 2025 results in a loss of 35% of the total retreat cost plus the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 20 May 2025 and 19 June 2025 results in a loss of 50% of the total retreat cost plus the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 20 June 2025 and 19 July 2025 results in a loss of 75% of the total retreat cost plus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations from 20 July to 20 September 2025, or no-shows, will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum. In this case, your payment will be fully refunded. If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email, and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives it.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans and is a requirement for international retreats with YFTSR.
