Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made before 31 December 2026 will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit of $600. Any cancellation made between 31 December 2026 and 31 January 2027 results in a loss of 35% of the total retreat cost and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 1 February 2027 and 28 February 2027 results in a loss of 50% of the total retreat cost and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 1 March 2027 and 30 April 2027 results in a loss of 75% of the total retreat cost and the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations from 1 May 2027 to 29 May 2027 or no-shows will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum. In this case, your payment will be fully refunded. If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email, and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives it.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans and is a requirement for international retreats with YFTSR.
