Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made up to 23 November 2024 will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit of $600.  Any cancellation made between 24 November 2024 and 23 January 2025 results in a loss of 35% and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 24 January 2025 and 21 February 2025 results in a loss of 50% and the non-refundable deposit.

Any cancellation made between 22 February 2025 and 22 March 2025 results in a loss of 75% and the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations from 23 March to 24 May 2025 or no-shows will result in a total loss of funds.  

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do your money will be refunded in full). If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives it. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans and is a requirement for international retreats with YFTSR.
