Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation made before 5 February 2026 will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit of $600. Any cancellation made between 5 February 2026 and 5 June 2026 results in a loss of 35% and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 6 June 2026 and 5 July 2026 results in a loss of 50% and the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellation made between 6 July 2026 and 25 August 2026 results in a loss of 75% and the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations from 26 August 2026 to 25 September 2026 or no-shows will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do, your money will be refunded in full minus a $600 admin fee). If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives it.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans and is a requirement for international retreats with YFTSR.

We’re pleased to offer flexible payment plans. Please note, a $100 admin fee will be added to the total retreat cost and evenly distributed across your instalments. Additionally, a $35 fee will be applied for each unsuccessful payment attempt if we need to chase it. To prevent any disruptions, we kindly ask that you ensure your payment details are up to date.
