A Day On Retreat...

As the week unfolds, you’ll discover your body is more supple, your mind more peaceful, and your energy restored.  

Best of all, get ready for that mental chatter to drop away, allowing you to go deeper (I’m NOT talking about the splits, or mighty backbends here) and discover an inner peace and joy that resides within.

🔰 Look at what a blissful day on retreat looks like...🔰

  • 7am: Imagine yourself as the sun rises over a shimmering blue ocean moving mindfully through postures (nothing too hard), balancing breathing techniques and a mantra meditation that brings about such serenity and a state of inner peace, that you’ll be begging me for more. 🧘‍♀️

  • 8.30am: Breakfast is served 🥑

  • 10am: Melukat Water Cleansing Ritual to sooth your soul. You’ll be cleansed with holy water infused with sacred flowers, and coconut water while the Balinese priest softly chants mantras over you.  💦

  • 12.30pm: Midday pick me up with a Yoga Nidra (profound relaxation).  Yes, you'll be lying down. It is everyone’s favourite. 💤

  • 1pm: Lunch is served

  • 2pm: Free Time: no retreat is complete without the pampering of a Gaia’s Signature Ocean Bliss 2.5hour relaxing spa package. A full body massage using traditional oils, body scrub and mask, a facial made with natural products made fresh, and finishing with a warm oil scalp massage. Ahh, bliss! 💆🏻‍♀️

  • 5pm: Luxuriate in a restorative yoga and meditation class…leaving you replenished, calm and centred. 🧘‍♀️

  • 6.00pm: Dinner is served

  • 7.30pm: Candle light Meditation or chanting, or a free evening to connect and reflect 🎶
