Cancellation Policy:
General Cancelation Policy: Any cancellation made up to 13 January 2022 will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit of $600. Any cancellation made between 13 January and 13 March will result in a loss of 30%. Any cancellation made between 13 March and 15 April will result in a loss of 50%. Any cancellation made between 16 April or no shows will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do your money will be refunded in full). If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be done in writing or via email and the cancellation will be effective as of the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives it. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.
Covid Cancellation: In alignment with Sangsurya Covid Cancellation Policy the following will apply:
If Sangsurya is in lockdown due to an increase of Corona cases and is NOT able to operate a full refund will be given less $700pp for expenses unrecoverable. However, if the level of restriction permits Sangsurya to continue operations and a guest chooses not to attend then the above General Cancelation Policy cancellation would apply.
