This allows you to transcend the lower levels of the ordinary mind and begin to communicate with more compassion and awareness.
Starting Monday 19 July live online (REPLAY AVAILABLE) I will lead you through your Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) practice as the evening awakens your soul.
Over 5 weeks on Monday nights from 7pm – 8.30pm you will learn a simple yet profound mantra, along with the meditative toning practices which will transcend the busy chatter of the mind and steady the ebb and flow of unpredictable emotions.
