Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation made up to 26 February 2026 will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit of AUD $1000. Cancellations made between 27 February and 26 May 2026 will result in a forfeiture of 35% of the total retreat cost, plus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations from 27 May to 26 July 2026 will incur a forfeiture of 50% of the total retreat cost, plus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made from 27 July to 26 October 2026, or failure to attend, will result in a 100% loss of the total retreat cost, plus the non-refundable deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, a full refund minus a $300 administration fee will be issued.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be submitted in writing or via email. The cancellation will be effective from the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives your written notice. Travel insurance, including trip cancellation and Covid coverage, is required to attend this retreat.
Flexible payment plans are available at no extra cost. However, a $35 fee will be applied for each unsuccessful payment attempt. Please ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid disruption.
