What you can expect…

Prepare to unplug, slow down, relax and find peacef as you immerse yourself in a yoga and mantra meditation practices that shift you from the busyness of your mind to deep into your heart space.

  • 7:00 AM ~ Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation Class 🧘‍♀️

  • 8.30 AM ~ Breakfast is served

  • 9.30 AM ~ Mantra for Peace, Healing, Happiness (15 minutes)

  • 11:00 AM ~ Mantra Meditation ~ Naada Yoga 🎶

  • 12.00 PM ~ Yoga Nidra Lying Meditation 💤

  • 12.30 PM ~ Lunch is served

  • 1.30 PM ~ Free Time For: A massage, bushwalk, swim, spa, read a book in the hammock or simply rest 👙

  • 5.00 PM ~ Restorative Yoga and Breathwork

  • 6.00 PM ~ Dinner is served 🥗

  • 7.00 PM ~ Candle Tip Gazing Meditation or Kirtan Chanting
