But for many women, it’s not just the weekend. It’s the weeks, the months, the invisible emotional labour that comes with decades of caregiving, career demands, or as women very often do, putting everyone else first.

That’s exactly what the Embrace The Stillness Within You Yoga and Sacred Sound Retreat was created for.
This isn’t a quick-fix bubble bath and green smoothie situation. (Though I’m the first to admit, a long soak with candles can feel like medicine), this retreat goes far deeper. It’s a lovingly held space designed to help you recalibrate emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Every part of this retreat has been lovingly crafted to help you soften into yourself. Over three nourishing nights in the peaceful Sydney Hinterlands, you’ll be guided through:
Daily yoga and breathwork to ease physical and mental tension, reconnect with your body, and support your nervous system.
Nāda Yoga and sacred sound practices that quieten the mind and awaken something deeper. I’ll be guiding you through mantra, meditative toning practices, svaraḥ, joyful Kirtan, and a soul-soothing sound bath.
Mindfulness and meditation to help you slow down and notice the beauty of being in stillness.
Reflective sessions to gently peel back the layers and reconnect with your inner voice (the wise one, not the one that reminds you to defrost the chicken.)
Free time in nature to simply be - sit with a cup of tea, journal in a hammock, or wonder barefoot in silence, the choice is yours.
Delicious vegetarian meals that leave you feeling both nourished and not needing a nap afterwards.
This retreat is open to both men and women. Whether you’re feeling tired, disconnected, or simply know it’s time to prioritise your wellbeing, this space welcomes you as you are.
