🔰 A glimpse of what a day on retreat might look like… 🔰
7am: Wake gently with yoga, balancing breathwork and mantra meditation, leaving you feeling calm, centred and ready for the day ahead. 🧘♀️
8.30am: Breakfast is served.
10am: Time to head out and explore. Depending on where we are, you might find yourself winding through the colourful streets of Fort Kochi by tuk-tuk, wandering through local markets, or walking amongst the rolling tea plantations of Munnar. 🌿
12.30pm: Enjoy a delicious lunch, perhaps sampling some of Kerala’s traditional local cuisine.
2pm: Free time. Put your feet up, have a swim, curl up with a book, explore a little more, or simply do absolutely nothing. This is your retreat, after all. 😊
5pm: Come back together for an afternoon session of restorative yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra or chanting, depending on the day.
6.30pm: Dinner is served.
Evening: The evening is yours to rest, connect and reflect on another beautiful day in Kerala. 💗
🌿 And during our Ayurvedic retreat…
7am: Begin your morning with gentle yoga, breathwork and meditation, preparing your body and mind for the day ahead. 🧘♀️
8.30am: Breakfast is served.
Morning: Time for your individual Ayurvedic treatments, prescribed especially for you by the Ayurvedic doctors. 🌿 Treatment times will vary from day to day; AM or PM.
1pm: A nourishing Ayurvedic lunch.
Afternoon: Time to slow right down. Rest, read, journal, wander through the gardens, take a nap or simply enjoy having nowhere you need to be.
5pm: We come together again for a gentle afternoon practice, perhaps Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, meditation, mindfulness or chanting.
6.30pm: Dinner is served.
Evening: A quiet evening to unwind and settle a little more deeply into the beautiful, slower rhythm of Ayurvedic life.
Really, what’s not to love? 💗
