Cancellation Policy:

 
 

Any cancellation made up to 21 March 2026 will result in the loss of the non-refundable deposit of AUD $1,000. Cancellations made between 22 March and 21 June 2026 will result in a forfeiture of 35% of the total retreat cost, plus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 22 June and 21 August 2026 will incur a forfeiture of 50% of the total retreat cost, plus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made from 22 August to 21 November 2026, or no shows will result in a 100% loss of the total retreat cost, including the non-refundable deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if minimum numbers are not met. In this case, a full refund minus a $600 administration fee will be issued.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be submitted in writing or via email. The cancellation will be effective from the date Yoga for the Soul Retreats receives your written notice. Travel insurance, including trip cancellation and Covid coverage, is required to attend this retreat.

We’re pleased to offer flexible payment plans. Please note, a $100 admin fee will be added to the total retreat cost and evenly distributed across your instalments. Additionally, a $35 fee will be applied for each unsuccessful payment attempt when we have to follow it up.
