• Absolutely! Most who join me come on their own and prefer to enjoy their own space, so single rooms are the norm.

If you’re coming with a friend and would like a twin or, that’s also an option. Simply choose the twin-share option at booking.

Everyone will have a private room during the Ayurveda portion of the retreat to support deep rest, healing, and personal space regardless if you have booked a twin.

  • You’ll need to arrive in Kochi at least one day before the retreat officially begins. Most international flights from Australia land late at night, and our opening session starts at 3 p.m. on Day 1.

Our final experience together is on the evening of Day 15, but your accommodation that night is included in the retreat.

You’re free to depart at any time on Day 16, whether it’s an early morning flight or a later departure to continue exploring India at your own pace.

  • Yes, absolutely. From the moment you land, you’ll be cared for.

A driver will meet you at the airport and drop you to the hotel in Fort Kochi, so you can begin your retreat feeling relaxed and supported.

I will provide you with the hotel’s details to book in for any pre or post accommodation at the special rate they have offered me.

  • Not at all. This retreat is about gently reconnecting with yourself, whether you’re completely new to yoga and meditation or have been practising for years.

I design each session so practices are layered and accessible for everyone who joins.

  • This is not a spa holiday — it’s a deep healing experience.

Ayurvedic treatments can be intense, sometimes even confronting, as they aim to release long-held imbalances and toxins.

While you will feel deeply nurtured, this journey also invites you to step gently outside your comfort zone for true transformation.

  • This is a smoke-free and alcohol-free retreat. We’ll be immersing ourselves in Ayurvedic and yogic practices that gently cleanse and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.

To support this process fully, we create an environment that’s free from substances that can interfere with healing. If you feel that going without alcohol or smoking for the duration of the retreat would be challenging, this may not be the right time for you — and that’s absolutely okay.

  • Of course! I’d love to connect and answer any questions you may have. We can start with a quick call to chat things through, and if you’re feeling keen, we’ll then arrange a short Zoom call for final confirmation of your booking.

  • Oh yes! Once you’ve booked, you’ll be invited into a private WhatsApp group where everyone gets to know each other before we meet in India.

It’s in this space that ladies often start arranging meet-ups on arrival, planning dinners out, and sometimes even choosing to travel together.

I’m also there with you in the group, answering questions and making sure you have everything you need. You’ll be guided every step of the way 🤗

  • Yes, you can either pay in full or choose a payment plan. Please note that a $100 administration fee is included if you select the payment plan option.

  • You’re not alone in organising the logistics. If you’d like help booking your flights, travel insurance, or accommodation for any extra nights, I have a wonderful travel agent who can assist.

Her name is Michelle and she’s absolutely fabulous; warm, efficient, and experienced in planning seamless travel.

I’ll happily connect you with her once you’ve booked your place.

  • If you are booking from outside Australia, a separate 2% fee applies to cover the higher processing costs for international cards.

This will not appear at checkout and will be invoiced separately and can be paid via Wise.

Please email Chetana for the exact amount here.

  • You're absolutely welcome to reserve your place and book in — in fact, we encourage it if you're feeling called to join.

However, all bookings are pending a brief conversation with me.

This isn’t an interview or a test, it’s simply to make sure this retreat is the right fit for you, and that you’ll feel supported, safe, and fully ready for the journey ahead.

We want this to be a wonderful, aligned experience for everyone involved, including you.

  • Yes — comprehensive travel insurance is a requirement for joining this retreat.

Your policy should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, travel delays, loss or theft, and any unforeseen events that might affect your travel plans.

Given the unpredictability of life (and the world), we strongly recommend choosing a policy with generous cancellation coverage.

Unfortunately, on almost every retreat, someone has had to cancel unexpectedly — so please take this seriously for your own peace of mind.
